What can you do with Duolink?

Olink Bioscience has developed the Duolink^® kit based on in situ PLA™, a proximity ligation assay technology. The Duolink products enable you to detect and individually count single endogenous proteins, protein-protein interactions and protein phosphorylations or other modifications. Simply use your primary IF or IHC antibodies together with the Duolink kit to reveal heterodimers, intra-cellular signaling mechanisms and receptor activation events. The use of the Duolink kit has been divided into four application areas:

• Detect and quantify protein interactions
  
• Detect and quantify protein phosphorylation or other modification
• Detect and quantify protein expression
• Detect and quantify homodimeric protein complexes
  

Duolink enables you to improve your conventional immunofluorescence assay with boosted sensitivity from signal amplification and improved specificity from dual antibody recognition.
