How to use Duolink
Each Duolink kit consists of three customizable kit components, PLA probe PLUS, PLA probe MINUS and Detection Reagents, and can be configured to meet specific assay requiremients. In addition to the kit components you need primary antibodies against your protein target or targets. Depending on your assay, use one or two primary antibodies.
