Detection Reagents

Duolink In Situ Detection Reagents are available in reaction sizes of 30, 100, 500 and 1000.

Fluorescent microscope

Choose Detection Reagents depending on the filter sets in your fluorescent microscope. 

Duolink In Situ Detection Reagents Green (ex. 495/em. 527) is detected using the same filters as for e.g. Cy2 or FITC.
Duolink In Situ Detection Reagents Orange (ex. 554/em. 576) is detected using the same filters as for e.g. Cy 3.
Duolink In Situ Detection Reagents Red (ex. 598/em. 634)  is detected using the same filters as for e.g. Texas Red.
Duolink In Situ Detection Reagents Far Red (ex. 644/em. 669) is detected using the same filters as for e.g. Cy5.

Brightfield microscope

Duolink In Situ Detection Reagents Brightfield for use with brightfield microscope.
The PLA signals are generated by enzymatic conversion of NovaRED substrate. Distinct brown spots are visualized.
