Starter kits

If you are new to the in situ PLA technology using the Duolink reagents we recommend that you purchase the Duolink II Starter kit. It includes everything you need to perform a PLA experiment except for the primary antibodies.

Duolink II Red Starter kit
Contains PLA probe anti-Mouse MINUS, PLA probe anti-Rabbit PLUS, Detection Reagents Red (detected using the same filters as for e.g. Texas Red), Wash Buffers for Fluorescence and Mounting Medium with DAPI.

Duolink II Orange Starter kit
Contains PLA probe anti-Mouse MINUS, PLA probe anti-Rabbit PLUS, Detection Reagents Orange (detected using the same filters as for e.g. Cy 3), Wash Buffers for Fluorescence and Mounting Medium with DAPI.

The Starter kits are sufficient for 30 reactions. One reaction is calculated on 40 μl of reagents to cover 1 square cm.
