Proseek Assay Development kit
The Proseek™ kit consists of three components that can be ordered separately:
- Proseek Probemaker A, enables conjugation of antibody to Oligo A, creating Proseek probe A
- Proseek Probemaker B, enables conjugation of antibody to Oligo B, creating Proseek probe B
- Proseek Assay Reagents, contains all necessary solutions to perform the assay including calibration curve preparation, incubation, extension and real-time PCR detection and are available in kit sizes of 100 and 1000 reactions.
The Proseek Starter Kit contains Probemaker A, Probemaker B and Assay Reagents 100 rxn.
