In order to prepare for imaging in the fluorescence microscope the glass slide must be mounted. Cover the sample with a minimal volume of Duolink Mounting Medium and a cover slip. By using Duolink Mounting Medium you will be guaranteed a preserved signal without immediate fading and diffusion.
