Protein Detection in situ PLA using the Duolink kit

Olink Bioscience provides the Duolink kit^®enabling single molecule detection of proteins, protein interactions (e.g. dimerization) and modifications (e.g. phosphorylation). The Duolink kit is based on the proprietary  PLA™ Technology.

Protein Detection in solution PLA

Proteins present in a solution, for example derived from a cell lysate or a serum/plasma sample, can also be detected by PLA. This in solution PLA assay can provide enhanced sensitivity, specificity, lower sample consumption and multiplexing capability in comparison to other techniques. Proprietary technologies include PLA Technology with QPCR readout.
