We are currently setting up the COLLIBRI consortium, a collaborative IBD Biomarker research initiative (with a main focus on proteomics for now). Within this proteomics consortium, we would like to make a step change in power to generate novel insights in disease pathogenesis and find biomarker signatures on a proteomic level, via an academic and industrial willingness to share samples and/or data. Several key opinion leaders and leading IBD centers worldwide already confirmed their participation, as well as some of the key players from the industrial side.
We would like to organise a first meeting with the different academic centers and interested partners from industry in conjuncton with the 15th Congress of European Crohn’s and Colitis Organisation (ECCO), which is being held in Vienna, Austria from February 12-15, 2020. The COLLIBRI meeting will discuss the structure, aims, first steps, etc. for the consortium. Please note that registration is required using the web form further down this page. Lunch will be provided, and if you have any allergies/food restrictions, please indicate this in the field provided in the registration form.
Time: Wednesday, Feb 12, 12.00-14.00 (the room will be open from 12-14 with presentations and discussions between 12.15-13.45)
