Announcing Olink Explore 3072

A significantly expanded high-throughput proteomics platform, offering uncompromised data quality with coverage of all major biological pathways!

We are delighted to announce that customers can now pre-order the next evolution of our Olink® Explore platform for high-throughput protein biomarker discovery, which will double the number of high quality, thoroughly validated protein assays available, while also significantly extending the dynamic range of the offering to include more high-abundant proteins, and providing more comprehensive coverage of all key biological pathways.

Olink is taking orders for kits and studies based on the expanded library as from today, with deliveries expected to begin in Q4, 2021

Key features

  • Doubles the size of our carefully curated and validated protein library (almost 3000 proteins)
  • Covers all major biological pathways
  • Extends the dynamic range to cover higher abundance proteins than previously
  • Significantly increases both sample throughput and number of results generated from each run
    • ~4600 samples per week per NGS instrument
    • ~14 million protein data points per week per NGS instrument
  • Maintains Olink’s unparalleled sensitivity, specificity and precision at high multiplex degree

The library expansion will be made available via four new 384-plex panels:

  • Olink® Explore 384 Cardiometabolic II
  • Olink® Explore 384 Inflammation II
  • Olink® Explore 384 Neurology II
  • Olink® Explore 384 Oncology II
