Serine/threonine-protein kinase 4 (STK4)

Links to databases

STK4 is a stress-activated, pro-apoptotic kinase which, following caspase-cleavage, enters the nucleus and induces chromatin condensation. This process is then followed by internucleosomal DNA fragmentation.

Sample type

Detection frequency < 50% in tested normal serum samples.

Precision

    • Within run precision Coefficient of Variation (CV)
    • 7%
    • Between run precision Coefficient of Variation (CV)
    • 10%

Precision (repeatability) is calculated from linearized NPX values over LOD.
