TNFRSF11A (also known as RANK) is a trans-membrane receptor and a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) molecular sub-family. It is involved in the regulation of interactions between T-cells and dendritic cells, as well as in regulation of osteoclast differentiation and activation.
