C-C motif chemokine 17 (CCL17)

Links to databases

CCL17 (also known as thymus and activation regulated chemokine, TARC) is s a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family. The protein is expressed constitutively in thymus, where it may play a role locally in T-cell development. CCL17 binds to the chemokine receptor CCR4 and induces chemotaxis in T cells.
