How can NPX results from Olink® Target 96 be used for quantification?
With Olink’s Target 96 panels, results are analyzed by relative quantification, where protein expression changes are measured for each protein separately. Due to the nature of relative quantification, no internal standards are needed. The NPX is in a log2 scale, where a high value corresponds to a higher protein expression.
